Martin was the only SDR at Talent Byte, working remotely without another rep beside him. Support came from the COO and co-founder, but they were busy, and on difficult days it was easy to delay calling until the final hour of the day.
Before CallBlitz, Martin typically reached between 50% and 75% of quota. In his first month inside the community, he hit 100%. He later left the SDR role and started his own fractional cold-calling business.

Challenge: The Only SDR in the Company, With Nobody There to Push Him
Martin was working remotely as the only SDR at Talent Byte. He had support from the company’s COO and co-founder, but they had their own responsibilities. They could not be beside him every morning when it was time to start dialing.
On difficult days, it became easy to delay the work. Martin would tell himself he would call later, then find himself trying to fit the entire session into the final hour and a half of the day. His results reflected that inconsistency. Some months he reached around 50% of quota. A good month meant roughly 75%.
Challenge 1
Working remotely as the company’s only SDR
Challenge 2
Delaying call blocks when motivation dropped
Challenge 3
Reaching only 50-75% of quota in a typical month
Solution: A Room He Could Join Every Day
Martin had read Ryan Reisert’s book shortly before discovering CallBlitz. The frameworks resonated with him, and the opportunity to spend a full year learning from Ryan and other active cold callers gave him a reason to commit.
The financial decision was not easy. Martin believed he had only half of the money he needed, so he called his brother and asked to borrow the rest. He was convinced that gaining access to the environment, the people, and the daily practice would be worth the investment.
The community provided:
Live call blocks with people present every day
A framework for approaching cold calling consistently
Access to Ryan Reisert and other experienced practitioners
Recorded calls and training inside the Skool community
Peers in W2 roles, fractional businesses, and founder positions
Instead of trying to manufacture motivation alone, Martin could enter a room where somebody else was already doing the work. He could learn by dialing, listening to calls, and watching people who were already where he wanted to go.
Feature 1
Daily call blocks that make it harder to postpone the work
Feature 2
Learning through live practice, recordings, and peer examples
Feature 3
Proximity to SDRs, founders, and fractional cold callers on similar paths
Results: 100% Quota in His First Month, Then a Business of His Own
After joining CallBlitz, Martin hit 100% of quota for the first time. Before joining, his results had ranged from approximately 50% to 75%. The change happened in his first month inside the community.
His career then moved beyond the SDR role. Martin started his own fractional cold calling business and found himself surrounded by other members pursuing similar paths. The financial ROI was clear to him, but he believes the value of the relationships and community cannot be fully quantified.
Result 1
Reached 100% of quota in his first month after joining
Result 2
Transitioned from an SDR role into his own fractional cold calling business
Result 3
Built a network of peers operating as SDRs, founders, and fractional sellers
"The first month, I hit 100% quota. Then from there I moved to my own fractional cold calling business."
